1% a year for 3 years for public sector workers, 25% for CEO’s. While Ontario’s Bill 124 limits wage increases for public sector workers to no more than 1% a year for each of three years, an analysis of Sunshine list data shows that CEO’s in the public sector have given themselves 25% increases over the last 3 years.

Ontario will not mandate vaccination for hospital workers. The decision will remain with each hospital on how to implement Directive 6 of the Chief Medical Officer of Health. It will be the policies of hospitals and their impacts on individuals that we will grieve if those impacts are arbitrary or discriminatory.
