Join us on November 2!

Bill 33 – the Time to Care act – is up for Second Reading at Queen’s Park on November 2.

That means we need to contact every MPP in Ontario this week and let them know that this issue matters to us, and we’ll be watching how they vote!

Members across the province are taking action for seniors who are not receiving the care they need in Ontario nursing homes. Seniors have waited too long for a minimum 4 hour daily care standard to be the law.

We need you to take action this week:
1. Click here to send an automated email to your MPP.
2. Send a note to your members, friends and family and ask them to also send an email to their MPP.
3. Call your MPP and ask them to vote for Bill 33 at Second Reading. Leave them a voicemail message if there’s no answer.

CUPE Ontario will help you – contact us at hcwcc@cupe.on.ca.

Don’t forget to take photos and tag us on social media @CUPEOntario.
