Survey for Environmental Service Workers

Dear Environmental Service Worker,

Researchers in Ottawa are leading a research project on the stress and risk perception during the Covid pandemic.

PROJECT TITLE: The psychological well-being of the environmental service workers of Canadian hospitals; its determinants and factors of influence during a pandemic (COVID-19).

This project is funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR).

Environmental service workers are a crucial link in the prevention of infections and as such you are front line workers. We deem it important to study your experience during the COVID pandemic. The research team is interested in better understanding your difficulties in order to better answer your needs.

The research team would be most thankful if you could answer the survey which should take 15-20 minutes. The survey is completely anonymous and the results will be analyzed in such a way that none of your answers can be identifiable.

By answering the survey, you consent that the data collected be used for research purposes.
