Today, CUPE786, CUPE 7800, and hundreds of Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) and CUPE Ontario members and allies gathered at Hamilton City Hall for the Worth Fighting For rally.

Bill 124 robbed us. The legislation was struck down in 2022. Since then, Ford has been busy picking winners and losers, giving some workers the wages that were stolen from them while ignoring others – including community services workers.
We marched today at Hamilton City Hall to show legislators that we are ready to fight until our work gets the wage increases we’re entitled to.
